Rashida has been a professional resume writer and career coach for over 12 years and has helped many people throughout various stages of their careers. She has been on both ends of the job search and understands what it takes to make an impact and is here to help you do the same! Her professional career experience includes: Human Resources, Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, Management, Sales, Customer Service Training as well as Non-for-Profit/Volunteer Organizational Services. 

She has conducted several Career Development Workshops for supervisors, managers and employees on Resume & Cover Letter Writing, Interviewing Skills, Customer Service Best Practices, Presentation Skills and Professionalism in the Workplace. She successfully designed and implemented a Training Apprentice/Mentoring program and spearheaded a company e-zine for employees at a major corporation. She is also a professional speaker, creative writer, editor, career coach and mentor. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Pre-Med Psychology from the University of Illinois in Urbana.
