Because of this, many people never even make it to the selection process due to their resumes being weak, poorly written, lacking prior measurable skills or not written specifically to the needs of position itself.  As a result, it is discarded immediately only to leave the applicant frustrated and never knowing why they were not considered for the position!  This is why our company was established. MEET YOUR PERSONAL RESUME WRITING TEAM

Our Senior Resume Writer has been a professional resume writer and career coach for over 12 years and has helped many people throughout various stages of their careers. She has been on both ends of the job search and understands what it takes to make an impact and is here to help you do the same! Her professional career experience includes: Human Resources, Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, Management, Sales, Customer Service Training as well as Non-for-Profit/Volunteer Organizational Services. 

She has conducted several Career Development Workshops for supervisors, managers and employees on Resume Writing, Cover Letter Writing, Interviewing and Professionalism in the Workplace. She successfully designed and implemented a Training Apprentice/Mentoring program and spearheaded a company e-zine for employees at a major corporation. She is also a professional speaker, creative writer, editor, career coach and mentor. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Pre-Med Psychology from the University of Illinois in Champaign and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Psychology.
